The prices on our site are highly competitive. All prices on the www.uk-stay.net website are per room for your entire stay, unless stated differently. These prices are in bold black numbers. As a comparison, we show the highest price advertised by that hotel on our site for this room for the following months (in grey numbers, crossed out). These are neither rack rates nor competitors rates. Please check the room details to see what is included in the price and what is not.

Free of charge

Our service is free of charge. Unlike many other parties, www.uk-stay.net will not add any additional fees, like a reservation fee, to the room rate.

Cancellation

Please follow the instructions in the confirmation email in case you need to cancel your stay. If you cancel according to the cancellation policy of the hotel, it will be free of charge. We recommend you read the cancellation policy of the hotel carefully. If you cancel later than requested by the hotel or do not show up, the hotel might charge you a fee which in most cases is the equivalent for a one night stay. Note, Booking.com will not charge you any cancellation fee whatsoever.
